Muamalah, being an integral part of Islamic economics, possesses characteristics that merge flexibility to accommodate the needs of the time while upholding fundamental legal principles (static). This discussion provides a profound insight into how muamalah law can remain relevant in the face of rapid social and technological changes in the contemporary era. The study reveals that flexibility and staticity in muamalah law within the framework of Islamic economics are two crucial aspects that need to be integrated wisely. Flexibility allows adaptation to the changes of the time without compromising religious principles, while staticity ensures the preservation of religious values. These two aspects synergize to form a muamalah law that is relevant and beneficial for the dynamic contemporary society. Environmental communication is a process of conveying information, education, and advocacy to increase awareness and community participation in preserving the environment. The Islamic perspective plays a crucial role in formulating environmental communication strategies based on Islamic values, with the aim of influencing the behavior of individuals and communities towards the environment. These communication strategies involve understanding Islamic values, composing messages in line with Islamic teachings, utilizing Islamic broadcasting media, engaging religious figures, conducting discussions and training based on Islam, and promoting sustainable behaviors. Evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies is a crucial stage to ensure the successful implementation of the communication strategies.</p> Miftahuddin Miftahuddin Copyright (c) 2023 Universal Grace Journal 2023-09-27 2023-09-27 1 3 368 375 Media Pembelajaran Tauhid Dalam Kisah Nabi Nuh Menurut Al-Qur’an https://ejurnal.ypcb.or.id/index.php/ugc/article/view/37 <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hakikat pembelajaran tauhid, hakikat media pembelajaran dan jenis media pembelajaran tauhid yang terdapat dalam kisah Nabi Nuh As menurut Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (<em>library research</em>) dan Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gabungan dari analisis metode tafsir <em>maudhu’I </em>dan tahlili. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: <em>pertama</em>, hakikat pembelajaran Tauhid adalah upaya perubahan kepribadian dengan karakterisasi tauhid dengan pengoptimalan di bidang kognisi (pengetahuan), penanaman konsep tauhid dan keterampilan merealisasikannya serta pembentukan sikap yang mengacu pada nilai-nilai ketauhidan. <em>Kedua,</em> Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana atau alat bantu yang dijadikan perantara atau perangkat komunikasi untuk menyampaikan pesan/informasi berupa ilmu pengetahuan dari pelbagai sumber ke penerima pesan atau informasi guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. <em>Ketiga</em>, Ada 3 (tiga) media pembelajaran Tauhid yang terdapat dalam kisah Nabi Nuh As, yaitu media audio, media visual dan media audio visual.</p> Edi Saputra Sulaiman Syabuddin Syahminan Copyright (c) 2023 Universal Grace Journal 2023-12-31 2023-12-31 1 3 376 390 Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Budaya, Faktor Sosial, Faktor Pribadi, Faktor Psikologis terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Asuransi Jiwa Bumiputera https://ejurnal.ypcb.or.id/index.php/ugc/article/view/43 <p style="text-align: justify;">This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of cultural, social, personal/individual and psychological factors on purchasing decisions for Bumiputera Lhokseumawe life insurance services. The theory used in this research is marketing and marketing management related to consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. The sample collection method used proportional, with a sample of 98 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression, with simultaneous tests (F test) and partial tests (t test) which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a confidence level of 95 percent (α = 0.05). The results of analytical research using SPSS Version 16 show that culture, social, personal/individual and psychological simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000. The results of the t test show that psychological, personal/individual and social factors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while culture does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the hypothesis is 0.726, which means that cultural, social, personal/individual and psychological abilities in explaining purchasing decisions are 72.6 percent and the remaining 27.4 percent is explained by other factors not included in the research This.
